Job summary

Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a capable HR Admin for a full-time temporary assignment to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee relations and office management in Sydney.

You should be comfortable working independently, handling competing priorities, and maintaining accurate employee records. Interviews are expected to commence soon ahead of 1 October.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day HR queries and employee matters
• Recruitment coordination and liaison with recruitment agencies
• Preparing employment contracts, variations and other HR documentation
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Probation reviews and associated documentation
• Leave and attendance management
• Supporting managers with performance and employee relations matters
• Maintaining employee records, HR trackers and personnel files
• Preparing HR correspondence and file notes
• Coordinating training and compliance requirements
• Supporting HR policies and internal processes
• General office management and administrative oversight
• Liaising with managers and Directors on HR and operational matters
