Job summary

Beyond Bank Australia is seeking a senior leader to champion technology risk and controls. You will partner with executives across Technology, Risk and Audit to strengthen cyber resilience and governance in an AI-enabled landscape.

Lead the first-line function, build risk-aware culture, and drive effective risk outcomes across the technology lifecycle. You will translate regulatory obligations into practical policies, guidance and controls while fostering ownership and escalation by technology

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology risk and controls in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical controls and processes.
• Strong track record building risk culture and ownership among technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature Beyond Bank's first-line Technology Risk & Controls capability across the technology function.
• Develop end-to-end view of technology risk across the lifecycle from strategy to retirement.
• Translate APRA CPS requirements into policies, standards and controls with ongoing monitoring.
