Qualifications

• Experience leading technology risk, IT audit, controls, cyber risk, or governance in complex digital environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience building or transforming first-line risk and control practices.
• Ability to influence executives and translate risk into business outcomes.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach to risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the first-line Technology Risk & Controls function across nib Group.
• Embed mature first-line risk management practices and reporting.
• Drive a culture of first-line risk ownership in Technology & Transformation.
• Partner with risk, compliance and cyber leaders to identify and elevate risks.
• Maintain oversight of security, resilience, information management and third-party risk.
• Coordinate evidence, attestations and remediation activity.
• Provide practical first-line advice to executives on risk impacts.
• Shape first-line ways of working that enable innovation with governance standards.
