Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our client's After Sales team in Brisbane. You will perform in-field servicing, fault diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment to maximise machine uptime and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a relevant trade qualification, a minimum of 2 years' post-trade experience, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems, and an MR or HR Truck Licence.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified technician in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-trade experience in earthmoving or construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Experience with fault diagnostics and diagnostic software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Safety-first approach and WHS/OHS knowledge.
• MR or HR Truck Licence required.
• Experience with crushing, screening or earthmoving equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer breakdowns and service calls in the field.

• An MR or HR Truck Licence
• Experience with crushing, screening or earthmoving equipment will be highly regarded
