Hoban is seeking an experienced Technician or Service Coordinator to organize daily field service operations and support workshop workflow. You will allocate technicians, prioritise urgent breakdowns, keep customers informed and ensure safe, efficient progress across field and workshop activities.
The role requires a solid background with civil earthmoving machinery, strong diagnostic skills and the ability to balance customer expectations, warranty requirements, invoicing and work-in-progress.

We’re seeking an experienced Technician or Service Coordinator with strong knowledge of civil construction and earthmoving equipment to coordinate servicing, breakdowns, repairs and warranty work across field and workshop operations.

Experience servicing or supporting the following equipment will be highly regarded:
Experience supporting Hyundai, Airman, Ammann, Rokbak or Bergmann equipment would be highly regarded. Experience with comparable brands such as Komatsu, CAT, Volvo CE, Kobelco, JCB, Kubota, Takeuchi, Case, New Holland or Bobcat is also relevant.
This position requires a minimum 40-hour working week. Standard operating hours are between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility and reasonable after-hours availability are required, with additional hours paid at the applicable overtime rates.
