Auto electrical tradespersons with high-level mechanical experience will be considered
Responsible for carrying out scheduled & preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs along with fault finding - responsibilities will vary but will encompass the following key tasks:
Ensure all repairs and services meet exceptional standards.
Conducting planned and ad hoc service to inspect, troubleshoot and repair various technical systems, while proactively diagnosing issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Performing commission/decommission of rental equipment ensuring compliance with safety protocols and meticulously documenting all activities.
Effective service and maintenance of returned rental equipment, ensuring equipment availability for the next hire to avoid gaps in our service provision.
The successful applicant will have
Appropriate experience with mobile plant or mechanical maintenance/trade discipline with at least 2+ years experience and ability - will suit mechanical fitter or mechanical technician.
High attention to detail.
Experience with compressors and pressure pumps.
Be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude who is seeking to become a valuable and long standard member of our Queensland team.
Flexibility to respond to customer requirements.
Be able to travel interstate with sufficient notice if required to do so.
A strong willingness to support our growing clientele.
Restricted Electrical Worker’s License.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager - you will be required to
Achieve a sound knowledge of all functions of our equipment as well as the application capabilities of each machine within different industry segments (product training provided).
Diagnoses and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
Routine maintenance, repairs and component replacements.
Capability to work independently when in the field problem solving in various situations.
Complete detailed service reporting and manufacturers documentation.
Have a strong commitment to safety protocols and compliance measures.
Work in the workshop as required.
Maintain a highly professional presentation with our customers and our suppliers.
