Job summary

ELYAD GROUP PTY LTD in Victoria is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to promote and sell its range of aluminium windows, doors and related building products to commercial and residential clients. The role covers on-site assessments, quotations and collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.

You will advise on glazing options, energy performance and sustainable materials, build strong client relationships, and work toward meeting sales targets while delivering high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; five years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum 1 year full-time relevant experience required.
• Strong technical sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong CRM and account management abilities.
• Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial and trade channels for aluminium windows and doors and related products.
• Conduct on-site inspections, take measurements and recommend configurations.
• Advise clients on glazing options, including double/triple glazing and thermally broken frames.
• Promote Low-E coatings for better thermal performance and cost savings.
• Provide technical guidance on thermally broken aluminium frame systems.
• Highlight recycling and sustainable aluminium for lower embodied carbon.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with design, estimating and manufacturing teams to translate site measurements into specs.
• Ensure correct manufacturing and installation of ordered specifications.
• Stay updated on developments in window technology and market trends.
