Job summary

A-Tech Australia is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our on-site team in the Greater Sydney Area. You will drive new business and manage existing accounts in residential and commercial markets for aluminium doors, windows and related products.

You’ll visit client sites, present solutions, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and work with internal teams to ensure accurate specs, timely delivery and happy customers. CRM use and travel within the area are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in building materials or aluminium products.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to visit sites and translate product features to client benefits.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients and project sites to present product solutions.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close sales and follow up to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate specs and timely delivery.
