VENTORA Group in Adelaide is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our windows and doors business across the local residential market. You will develop new opportunities, manage relationships with builders, architects and trade customers, and guide projects from enquiry to order.

This field-based role rewards proactive business development, strong negotiation and the ability to read plans and prepare quotations. A self-motivated, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience with builders, architects and trade customers.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
• Knowledge of windows and doors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a pipeline of profitable new opportunities.
• Build relationships with builders, architects and trade customers.
• Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets in the territory.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Complete plan take-offs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product developments.
