Job summary

You will work with the National Training & Field Assessment Manager to implement local processes, share expertise and produce training materials that uplift field performance.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating training and assessments in a field service role.
• Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Confident public speaker with the ability to mentor and build relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver technical training for Technicians, Agents and Managers.
• Develop and coordinate training for Industrial Technicians, Agents and Field Managers.
• Act as a technical liaison across teams and stakeholders.
• Update SOPs and share best practices for site area management and safety.
• Provide technical advice to installers and technicians on process and practice.
• Provide technical and field support for Service Technicians, Field Managers and Agents in the region.
• Conduct competency assessments and on-site work audits.
• Maintain and manage technical documents for accessibility and accuracy.
