Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a hands-on installer/ technician for our Australian operations. You will perform factory duties, install and service a range of door products, and travel to client sites to provide high-level service and advice.

The role requires a valid C Class Driver Licence, ability to use power tools, physical fitness, and construction experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Desirable licences include forklift and EWP, plus White Construction Card.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Driver Licence is required.
• Ability to use a variety of power tools.
• Physical ability and agility to perform the required work.
• Previous experience in a construction environment or similar role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Factory duties including stock loading/unloading and dispatch.
• Installation and servicing of a range of door products.
• Providing a high level of service to customers.
• Provision of advice to both existing and new customers.
• Driving to building sites.
