Job summary

CSE Crosscom is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead a skilled team across workshop and client sites in Darwin. You will drive service excellence, governance, and continuous improvement while aligning with financial and operational targets.

You will manage maintenance workflows, training, and customer records, ensuring compliance with licenses and contracted requirements. A strong leader with decisive communication and strategic thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a service management role overseeing end-to-end operations
• Formal leadership experience with medium to large teams in a technical environment
• Exposure to contract development and management
• Tertiary qualifications or trades certification in a technical field
• Excellent written and oral communication with high attention to detail
• Track record of developing and growing a cohesive service-oriented team
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with financial acumen
• Collaborative attitude aligned with company values and client focus

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and a positive environment (toolbox talks, coaching, performance reviews).
• Coordinate with Operations for scheduling and solution deliveries.
• Manage utilization of staff and resources for service delivery.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance to contracts and licenses.
• Oversee service costs and reporting.
• Ensure vendor quality and compliance with technical specs.
• Promote HSEQ governance and continuous process improvements.
• Engage with clients to up-skill and satisfy service requirements.
