CEA in Australia is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our Perth team and lead our workshop and field service technicians. You will drive safety, efficiency and customer service while coordinating repairs, maintenance and downtime communications.

Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you will allocate work, mentor staff, provide technical guidance and monitor performance to ensure high standards across our branches and national network.

Qualifications

• Lead, mentor and support a team of workshop and field service technicians.
• Allocate and coordinate work to maximise productivity and customer outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
• Manage customer communications regarding repairs, maintenance and machine downtime.
• Monitor job progress, labour efficiency and service performance.
• Coordinate warranty repairs and service administration processes.
• Work closely with the Parts team to ensure timely availability of components.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the branch.
