Sika Australia is seeking driven professionals for a nationwide opportunity as a Technical Sales Representative. This role focuses on delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions directly to customers and industry partners across Australia.

Successful candidates will build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide on-the-ground technical support, while collaborating with internal teams to drive market growth.

Qualifications

• Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales OR hands-on trade/application experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
• High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to operate autonomously in the field.
• Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.
• Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
