Sika Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Representative - Distribution to drive growth across our APAC Pacific distribution network. The role focuses on servicing existing customers, developing new business, and coordinating pricing, promotions, and action plans.

You will travel regionally, maintain stock levels, use Salesforce for activity tracking, and work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve targets, supported by a strong training program and competitive compensation.

Formación

• University degree or 3+ years in an industrial market.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP).
• Experience in B2B and channel distribution preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and support existing customers and develop new ones to meet targets.
• Coordinate product ranges, pricing, action plans, and promotions.
• Provide market information to Sales Manager for planning.
• Maintain stock levels and place retail orders.
• Record activities in Salesforce and conduct regional travel.
• Build relationships with retail distributors to grow market share.
