Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.

• Provide basic technical product support and guidance.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer requests.
• Assist with logistics coordination, including deliveries and order updates.
• Provide general administrative support across the business.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders and requirements are managed efficiently.
