Talent Forge in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Manager (Trade Sales) based in North Melbourne to manage inbound enquiries and Trade Sales orders nationally, supporting the national team to drive revenue growth.

You will assist with quotations, order processing and follow-ups, deliver timely customer service, ensure requirements are met, and collaborate across departments to grow margins in a trade-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or sales support.
• Strong communication skills for phone and email enquiries.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone and email enquiries, and Trade Sales orders nationally.
• Process online sales orders and enquiries.
• Assist Business Development Managers with quotations and order follow-ups.
• Provide general customer support and promptly handle enquiries.
• Follow up on sales quotes and share leads with relevant teams.
• Ensure requirements are met and provide solutions.
• Support Head of Trade Sales in growing revenue and profitability.
• Adhere to policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
