Aufgaben

• Act as the technical link between customers, Sales and Engineering.
• Gather, analyse and validate customer technical requirements.
• Respond to technical enquiries and identify practical solutions.
• Support the Sales team with proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Clearly communicate technical requirements, solutions and limitations to customers.
• Provide technical support across automotive and electrical products, including canopies and trailer-mounted solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Attend occasional customer meetings and site visits when required.
