Job summary

Finer Power Transmissions Pty Ltd, based in Smithfield NSW, is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Service representative to handle incoming calls and emails, prepare quotations and process orders. You will assist customers with product selection and technical enquiries, and build lasting relationships across the order cycle.

This hands-on role lives in the bearings and power transmission sector, with coordination to warehouse and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely deliveries,

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, account management or parts interpreting
• Confidence dealing with customers by phone and email
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good attention to detail and order-entry accuracy
• An interest in technical or industrial products
• Good computer skills and experience with sales or order-entry systems
• A practical, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product selection and technical enquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability and deliveries
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information
• Liaise with suppliers and other Finer team members when required
• Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when needed
