Job summary

AVK Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. You will handle technical sales enquiries, process orders, and build strong customer relationships in the civil and industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will liaise with product experts and internal departments to provide timely solutions, while maintaining high service standards and accuracy in data entry. Experience with MS Office and NAV is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, managing multiple enquiries while maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Great attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and propose practical solutions.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• Experience on a technical product category is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical sales enquiries involving prices, stock availability, outstanding orders, credit requests and related quality issues.
• Processing of sales orders and data entry in a timely manner.
• Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with customers.
• Responding to customer enquiries for stock or technical information in a timely manner.
• Liaising with product experts and other internal departments to find solutions to enquiries.
• Prompt processing and management of export orders.
