Job summary

AVK Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role supports technical sales inquiries, processes orders, and maintains strong relationships with customers across civil and industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will liaise with product experts and internal departments, handle export orders, and seek opportunities for process improvements while delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role handling multiple enquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office; NAV knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical sales enquiries including prices, stock, outstanding orders and quality issues.
• Process sales orders and data entry in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries for stock or technical information promptly.
• Liaise with product experts and internal departments to resolve enquiries.
• Prompt processing and management of export orders.
