Job summary

AVK Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. You will handle technical sales enquiries, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers across civil and industrial sectors.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will liaise with product specialists and other departments to resolve issues, manage export orders, and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical sales enquiries including prices, stock, orders and quality issues
• Process sales orders and data entry promptly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Respond to enquiries for stock or technical information in a timely manner
• Liaise with product experts and internal departments to resolve enquiries
• Prompt processing and management of export orders
