Job summary

seek.com.au is looking for a technically minded sales professional to manage inbound customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations and provide product support across our Home Improvement products. You will engage with regular dealers and installers to resolve enquiries and help manage orders and deadlines, turning enquiries into practical solutions.

The role suits someone who is customer-focused, highly organized and comfortable communicating by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Technically minded with engineering/technical background (not required).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Commercially aware and interested in understanding customer needs.
• Fast learner who asks questions and takes ownership.
• Detail-oriented when preparing quotations and processing orders.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. Proficient with CRM, ERP and MS Office.
• Team player who collaborates with clients and internal teams.
• Problem solver who creates practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries and quotation requests promptly and professionally.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accuracy across product selection, pricing, quantities and delivery requirements.
• Preparing accurate quotations for customers.
• Providing product and application advice within your technical knowledge.
• Identifying and flagging genuine sales opportunities.
• Working with Production and Supply to confirm product availability, lead times and delivery.
