• Sales Support and Quotations - prepare and complete accurate quotations in line with customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
• Contract management - maintain customer information and orders in CRM, ERP, and client portals.
• Customer Engagement - handle enquiries within target response times and follow up requirements while building relationships.
