Job summary

Talenza is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead - Web & Mobile to drive architecture and delivery for large-scale web and mobile applications in a transforming healthcare organisation.

You will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards and partner with Product, UX/UI and Technology teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences while accelerating cloud adoption and platform transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading web/mobile engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript.
• Strong C#/.NET background and cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of mobile apps.
• Mentor engineers and enforce coding standards.
