Talenza is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead - Web & Mobile to drive architecture and delivery for large-scale web and mobile applications in a transforming healthcare organisation.

You will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards and partner with Product, UX/UI and Technology teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences while accelerating cloud adoption and platform transformation.

The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity for a hands-on Technical Lead - Web & Mobile to join a growing healthcare organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.

Working closely with Product, UX/UI and Technology teams, you will lead the design, development and evolution of large-scale web & mobile applications, while helping modernise the broader technology landscape through cloud adoption and platform transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys remaining close to the code while providing architectural guidance, mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design and delivery of mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.


• Act as the technical authority for mobile engineering, driving coding standards, best practices and technical quality.


• Provide hands-on leadership through solution design, code reviews, technical mentoring and delivery oversight.


• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer-facing digital experiences.


• Design and integrate mobile applications with APIs, backend services and enterprise platforms.


• Support the modernisation of existing applications within a C#/.NET environment.


• Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.


• Drive CI/CD, release management and software engineering best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer delivering web & mobile applications at scale.
  Experience building and supporting C#/.NET environments and enterprise application ecosystems.


• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimisation and security best practices.


• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.


• Exposure to enterprise-grade iOS and Android applications.


• Experience with Azure, cloud-native technologies and application modernisation initiatives.


• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD and DevOps practices.


• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across delivery teams.

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience.


• Experience with large-scale cloud migration programs.
