Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive mobile design and development across its digital products. You will guide native app teams, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable solutions for Android and iOS using Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C.

You will manage 4–10 developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape architectural decisions while leveraging Azure, REST services, and CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of mobile app development experience.
• Proven track record leading teams of 4–10 developers.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile tech stacks.

Responsibilities
