Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to steer design and delivery of enterprise applications in a major transformation program. The role focuses on cloud-native solutions, security, and scalable architectures, working with architects, stakeholders, and engineers to deliver high-quality software.

The position starts January 2027, offering a long-term contract, hybrid work, and exposure to modern Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and large-scale application

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong track record providing technical leadership and making architecture decisions.
• Extensive experience building enterprise apps using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and modern .NET tech.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based app delivery.
• Experience designing distributed systems, SOA, and enterprise integrations.
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL development skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications, integration services, and technology solutions.
• Define architectures and approaches that support scalability, security, and performance.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services.
• Provide technical leadership through the full software lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Develop and oversee APIs, integration frameworks, and service-oriented architectures.
• Champion DevOps: CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and monitoring.
• Mentor development teams and promote engineering excellence.
