Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to steer design and delivery of enterprise applications in a major transformation program. • Proven experience leading software engineering teams in delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong track record providing technical leadership and making architecture decisions.

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Developer to play a key role in a major transformation initiative focused on modernising enterprise data and digital platforms.

This position will provide technical leadership across the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications and services. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, project teams, business stakeholders, and development resources to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-native solutions using modern engineering practices.

The Role

As a Technical Lead Developer, you will take ownership of the technical direction and solution delivery for critical projects. You will provide leadership across the full software development lifecycle, guide engineering teams, and ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, security requirements, and business objectives.

Key Experience

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in the delivery of complex enterprise solutions.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks.
• Experience working within highly regulated, government, or governance-driven environments.
