Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to drive complex .NET and Azure solutions, guiding cloud-native architectures and leading technical decision-making. You’ll mentor engineers, own sprint planning, and collaborate with client SMEs and vendors in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.

The role requires leadership in DevOps, CI/CD, and quality assurance, with a strong commercial lens. On-site Brisbane work and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex .NET and Azure solutions.
• Strong background in microservices and containerization.
• Proven DevOps experience with CI/CD implementation.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead complex .NET and Azure solutions (AWS experience valued).
• Define cloud-native architectures and guide implementation.
• Lead sprint planning, showcases, and technical decision-making.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and early-life support.
• Ensure engineering standards, quality, and best practices.
• Collaborate with client SMEs and third-party vendors as required.
• Lead and mentor engineers (up to Senior level).
• Provide coaching and career development support.
• Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and client discussions.
