Chief Fluid Systems Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our tight-knit team in Sydney. You will handle enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and liaise between customers, suppliers, and the workshop.

This entry point offers a clear path to account management and external sales as you build product knowledge. The role features a 37.5-hour week, a hourly rate of $40–$45 plus Super, and a supportive environment at our Chipping Norton office.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales, customer service, or a trade/technical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotes for hose assemblies, fittings, valves, and related products, and follow them up.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify additional opportunities.
• Check stock availability and request pricing/lead times from suppliers and OEM partners.
• Work with the workshop to track jobs and keep customers updated on delivery.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of our product range and partner lines.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Support tenders, proposals, and larger quotes as needed.
• Provide general administrative support across the business when needed.
