Job summary

Motion is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Rutherford, Australia. You will develop existing and new accounts by delivering tailored solutions, proposals, and expert product recommendations for fluid power and industrial engineering services.

Key duties include building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, visiting customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar industry.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of Fluid Power/industrial engineering services.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
