Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is seeking a Technical & Facilities Lead to establish a proactive maintenance culture and lead a team ensuring the venue runs smoothly from day one. You will oversee bowling equipment, games, building services, and infrastructure, driving preventative maintenance and managing contractor relationships to maximize uptime.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical aptitude, safety focus, and excellent communication to collaborate with venue leaders and stakeholders

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing the Facilities team to deliver safe, efficient and proactive maintenance outcomes.
• Overseeing the maintenance and performance of bowling equipment, games, attractions, building services and venue infrastructure.
• Driving preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset lifespan and minimise downtime.
• Managing contractor relationships and coordinating facility projects.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Partnering with venue leaders to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
