Job summary

Kingpin Bowling Chermside is seeking a Senior Technician to keep our arcade games, pinspotters, lanes and facility systems running smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance and support the Facilities Manager on site.

Bring a technically minded approach, self‑drive and a knack for all things techy. Strong communication with guests and team on the floor will help ensure an outstanding guest experience every time.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid WWCC.
• Technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks.
• Ideally you will have experience in a trade & have a savvy knack for all things techy/computer based.
• Natural ability in relationship building & communicating with both our guests and team on the floor.

Responsibilities

What is the role?

As the Senior Technician for our Kingpin Chermside venue, you will use your technically minded brain to trouble‑shoot and ensure all the many moving parts that make up a Kingpin venue are in perfect operational order!

Tasks might include maintenance of arcade games, pinspotters, machinery, lanes, scoring equipment, building and fittings.

You will provide support and also be supported by the Facilities Manager and have a razor‑sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
