Job summary

Kingpin Bondi opens November 2026 in Bondi and is part of The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG). You will lead front of house across bars, dining and events, building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.

This hands-on hospitality leadership role requires a passion for coaching, guest service excellence and strong operational focus in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Experience managing labour, stock, and operational performance.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and hospitality compliance.

This is more than a Front of House Manager role. It's an opportunity to help launch one of Australia's most exciting new entertainment venues and create guest experiences people will remember.

As our Front of House Manager, you'll lead all food and beverage operations across bars, dining and events, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving service excellence and creating an energetic, guest-focused culture in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
