Kingpin Bondi is opening November 2026 in Bondi, Sydney, and seeks a Bar Manager to lead a vibrant team. You will shape service standards, energize the bar, and deliver unforgettable experiences for guests across social and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within a busy bar, pub, entertainment or hospitality venue.
• Strong beer and bar operations knowledge.
• Hands-on leadership style with people development.
• Exceptional guest experience and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high service standards.
• Current RSA and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing bar team.
• Create a fun, energetic and guest-focused bar environment.
• Build rosters and support daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Drive bar sales and deliver on key performance targets.
• Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Maintain licensing, safety and compliance standards.
• Work closely with the wider venue leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences for social and corporate events.
• Champion Kingpin's service standards and bring the vibe every shift.
