Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences at our new Bondi venue. You will shape culture, standards and energy across the bar, while driving service excellence and smooth daily operations.

Ideal applicants have proven leadership in busy bar environments, strong beverage knowledge, and a passion for developing people, with RSA and WWCC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within busy bar/pub/entertainment venues.
• Strong knowledge of beer and bar operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
• Eligible for or willing to obtain RSA and Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities
