Job summary

Kingpin Bondi opens in Bondi in November 2026, and as Technical & Facilities Lead you will help set the standard from day one, building a proactive maintenance culture and leading a team that keeps the venue performing at its best.

You will oversee maintenance of bowling equipment, games, attractions, building services and venue infrastructure, driving preventative programs to maximise asset lifespan and minimise downtime, while partnering with venue leaders to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities, maintenance, or technical operations teams.
• Strong technical aptitude with equipment and building infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with safety focus.
