Job summary

AECOM in Perth, Australia seeks a highly experienced Technical Director in Ports & Marine to lead large-scale, technically complex structural engineering projects across the region.

You will provide strategic technical direction, mentor engineers at all levels, ensure compliance with maritime codes, manage risk and safety, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships through multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering Ports and Marine projects.
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering in marine environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, technically complex structural projects for ports and marine infrastructure.
• Provide strategic technical direction across project lifecycles and mentor engineers.
