Job summary

Boral Cement in NSW is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to coordinate product development, mix design and market applications for cement products. You will provide technical support, interact with customers, and work withSales and Account Managers to drive quality and commercial outcomes.

The role offers a Tool of Trade Vehicle, permanent full-time employment and clear career progression within a leading Australian building materials group. Travel is required to support customers across NSW.

Qualifications

• Valid tertiary qualification in science, sales or engineering.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology and mix design.
• Experience in technical or chemical manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with construction materials, mining and manufacturing sectors.
• Commercially astute with strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers as the first contact, advise on product range and mix designs.
• Assist sales with technical, product and process design support and identify improvements.
• Monitor product quality, liaise with labs and production to maintain high standards.
• Represent Boral Cement on industry bodies and maintain customer relationships.
• Support sales and operations planning to optimize cementitious set changes across the network.
