mycar Brisbane is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to connect service delivery with technical requests, supporting the workshop from a technical perspective and building strong customer relationships to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service.

You will leverage your automotive knowledge, certificate 3, and strong communication to guide customers and technicians, ensuring an unforgettable mycar experience while upholding safety and efficiency across our service network.

Formación

• Strong customer service with a focus to maintaining good relationships.
• Excellent mechanical & tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles and brands.
• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive.
• A sound understanding of the workflow management of an automotive workshop.
• Valid Australian drivers licence.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in a similar high paced role.
• Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite of programs.
