Job summary

mycar is seeking a Technical Service Advisor in Melbourne's south/east region to support workshop operations with a technical focus and customer-facing service excellence.

You will collaborate with workshop teams, apply your hands-on mechanical and tyre knowledge, and help deliver cost-effective, high-quality service that leaves customers with a memorable mycar experience. A Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Service Advisor.
• A valid Australian drivers licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent mechanical and tyre knowledge.
• Good workflow management in an automotive workshop.
