Optus is recruiting a Retail Sales and Service Consultant for the Brisbane South stores (Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Garden City, Carindale). This role focuses on helping customers choose products, answer questions and provide solutions that keep them connected.

You'll balance friendly service with store processes, work with a team, learn about devices and plans, and contribute to sales targets while delivering a great customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced store environment.
