Telstra in Brisbane is seeking a part-time Retail Consultant to assist customers with product selection, service activation and basic troubleshooting, delivering in-store experiences that leave customers satisfied.

You will stay informed about the latest gadgets and services, helping customers connect and understand options while contributing to team success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Solution-oriented approach to assisting customers and solving issues.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet KPIs in a retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store setting.
• Resilience and positive attitude in busy periods.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
