Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, strong computer skills and excellent communication. Electronics or electrical product experience would be advantageous and a proactive, ownership-focused attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Someone who's switched on, down-to-earth and knows how to get things done.
• 3-5 years' experience in customer service, sales support or office administration, along with strong computer skills and excellent communication.
• Experience in electronics, electrical products, technical sales or trade retail would be a real advantage.
• You're resourceful, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.

Responsabilités

• Managing customer enquiries, orders and product-related questions.
• Troubleshooting order issues, stock shortages and delivery concerns.
• Handling challenging conversations and negotiating practical, fair solutions.
• Processing invoices, maintaining records and supporting stock control.
• Working with the warehouse and wider team to keep customers informed and orders moving.
