Job summary

WES Australasia is hiring a Customer Service professional for our Summer Hill (Sydney) office. This full-time, Monday–Friday role combines customer support, sales assistance and general administration to keep orders moving and customers informed.

You’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in customer service or office support, strong computer skills, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Electronics familiarity is a real plus in this office-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in customer service, sales support or office administration.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication.
• Experience in electronics or electrical products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries, orders and product-related questions.
• Troubleshooting order issues, stock shortages and delivery concerns.
• Handling challenging conversations and negotiating practical, fair solutions.
• Processing invoices, maintaining records and supporting stock control.
• Working with the warehouse and wider team to keep customers informed and orders moving.
