WES Australasia in Summer Hill, Sydney is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our office-based team. The role combines customer service, sales support, order management and general administration to keep customers informed and orders moving.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, strong computer skills and excellent communication. Electronics or electrical product experience would be advantageous and a proactive, ownership-focused attitude is valued.

• Experience in electronics, electrical products, technical sales or trade retail would be a real advantage.

• Managing customer enquiries, orders and product-related questions.
• Troubleshooting order issues, stock shortages and delivery concerns.
• Handling challenging conversations and negotiating practical, fair solutions.
• Processing invoices, maintaining records and supporting stock control.
• Working with the warehouse and wider team to keep customers informed and orders moving.

At WES Australasia, we import and distribute electronics, electrical components and accessories to trade and retail customers across Australia.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service professional, an all rounder. who brings more than just a friendly voice. Someone with practical common sense, confidence, initiative and the ability to think for themselves. Because sometimes great customer service means finding the right solution, not just saying yes.
