Job summary

Citi is recruiting an Application Support Tech Lead Analyst (Digital Custody Assets) in Sydney. You will lead technical experts for the new product offering, coordinate with multiple technology teams, and drive stability and onboarding standards across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements applications.

You will oversee incident management, crisis response, and cross-region support while guiding development teams on stability, performance, and resilience enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience leading large development projects and teams.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service oriented with fast-paced environment adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical experts for the new product offering - Digital Custody Assets.
• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration of functions and define system enhancements.
• Perform incident/outage management and collaborate with Development and Infrastructure to remediate stability risks.
• Investigate incidents across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements applications.
• Engage ITIL processes including major incident, problem, change management.
• Drive process improvements and onboarding guidelines for applications.
