Job summary

Citi Australia is seeking an Application Support Tech Lead Analyst for the Digital Custody Assets domain. You will lead a technical team, coordinate with multiple technology groups, and drive stability, resiliency, and onboarding standards for complex custody applications.

The role requires senior hands-on leadership, strong communication, and deep experience with cloud-native stacks (OpenShift, microservices) and observability tools. Full-time on-site in Sydney, Australia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in application support/leadership roles.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
Ability to drive resiliency and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technical experts for the Digital Custody Assets product.
Coordinate with multiple tech teams to ensure integration and system enhancements.
Manage incident/outage processes and crisis communications across regions.
Investigate incidents across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements apps.
Define onboarding guidelines and ensure stability and supportability of applications.
Mentor team members and foster high-performance culture.
