Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an Application Support Tech Lead Analyst to guide a technical team responsible for the Digital Custody Assets product.

You will collaborate with multiple technology groups to ensure integration, analyze system logic, and implement stability improvements across custody and settlement apps. Key duties include incident management, ITIL engagement, and driving onboarding guidelines while mentoring team members in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in tech/lead roles.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Experience with fast-paced environments and large projects.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Service-oriented with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience gathering requirements for multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical experts for new Digital Custody Assets offering.
• Partner with multiple tech teams to integrate functions and define enhancements.
• Manage incidents/outages and coordinate with Development and Infrastructure.
• Investigate incidents across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements apps.
• Engage ITIL processes including Major Incident, problem, and change management.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Lead resiliency activities and disaster recovery coordination.
• Communicate outages to business and operations stakeholders.
• Contribute to onboarding guidelines and provide technical guidance to dev teams.
• Develop and manage the performance and development of team members.
